Video Painting with our PaintingStation

Originally, Projection Mapping used to be a technique designed to project static images onto the front of buildings. LICHTFAKTOR went one step further. The LICHTFAKTOR PaintingStation enables our artists to video paint live on the surface of buildings, cars, furniture or any object you like. Due to a precise calibration system, the projection can be made to fit exactly into an object’s outlines, making the illusion complete.

It’s a combination of our PaintingStation mixed with a Green Screen PhotoStation, it makes allot of fun and in seconds we can produce unique images that get mapped on any object.

You’ll be astonished to see familiar objects turn into something new and exciting as LICHTFAKTOR changes their appearance. Live paintings work also perfectly well on interior walls, textile screens or your stand on a trade fair.

LICHTFAKTOR video painted the town hall in Frankfurt on April 15th and 16th. In collaboration with the city of Frankfurt we transformed the historical front of the Römerplatz into spectacular light pictures – live! The light has the power of transformation. This force symbolical stands for the change to a Green City. There were many people who tried them self to design the house walls. It was a great success and we had a lot of fun.
